Return Policy

Bonitta must first be informed of any returns or exchanges via email or phone before shipping out your item.

Returns and Exchanges for Clothing Only

We will gladly accept any unused clothing merchandise for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Merchandise must be returned within 14 days after the order's delivery.
• Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return or exchange.
• Merchandise must be accompanied by the invoice and original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

• Lingerie and any items applied directly to the body (due to hygiene reasons).
• Sports bras.
• Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges and Processing

• Exchanges will be processed within 1-3 business days after we've received the exchanged item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

Coupon Codes

• Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout. You must press "Apply" to see the order total updated.
• We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
• Only one code can be used on a purchase.
• Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
